Tadashi Soji at the Skylight Clarkson for the Autumn/Winter 2017 collection wowed with evening gowns and formal wear, mostly floor-length gowns. Also noted was a dressy pantsuit and unique architectural structures in some skirts. The colors ranged from solid jewel tones of royal blue, forest green and crimson, to metallics of gold, silver, and also metallic blues and reds. There were also a few black pieces with gold embroidery. In fact, a few colored gowns had the gold embroidery as well. Lace detailing and velvet were also popular in the collection. The whole collection fused was regal beauty with luxurious sophistication and elegance.
