Popcorn Q&A With Melissa Soldera of Style Society Inc.

Melissa Soldera is a Montreal-based mama, wifey and dog mom running her blog called Style Society Inc. She has been in fashion for over 15 years and loves to share styling tips, makeup and handbag reviews, travel and gift guides and everything in between. She also uses her Youtube and Instagram for OOTD’s, giveaways and more. She is here to share with us a little about herself:

Q: If you had to describe yourself to someone who just met in 10 words, what would they be?

A: Mama, wifey, entrepreneur, influencer, fashion lover, girly, strong, happy, authentic and honest

Q: What are the best and worst parts of working in fashion?

A: The best part is that everyday brings something new to the table. I’ve never had a boring day working in the fashion industry. The worst part is the pressure to be ON all the time. Sometimes a girl just wants to wear sweatpants, you feel me?

Q: What is something about Mel we don’t know?

A: I have a lot of food allergies……… I know, not fun! Oh and I love me some fast food. Many of Mel’s food secrets being revealed.

Q: Who are your fashion icons? All time and current.

A: This answer changes depending on my mood: For all time, I love Diana Ross for my ‘extra’ days, but then I also love a good classic Carolyn Besette or Gwyneth in the 90s moment for day-to-day. At the moment, I’m loving Janka Polliani, Chriselle Lim and Tamara Kalinin.
