Brazilian fashion designer Carol Vilioti currently lives in Georgia, USA with her husband and three children, where she runs her fashion-forward T-shirt line online, founded in 2017. Carol’s T-shirts are 100% cotton and can be mixed and matched for day-to night-looks for many different types of occasions. Her designs are not just basic T-shirts that you can find everywhere, but rather elaborate creations of envisioned beauty that are unique statement pieces.

We sat down with Carol to find more about her brand:

MITH: What is the heart behind your T-shirt brand?

Carol: I love to see women who are confident in their style, opinion and likes.

MITH: What message does a woman transmit to the world when she wears your T-shirts?

Carol: A woman wearing my T-shirts communicates that she is auto-confident, knows what she wants and who she is and has a lot of personality.

MITH: Can you tell us a little about each T-shirt?

Carol: My new collection WOMAN POWER was created for the strong women of today.

WOMAN POWER – demonstrating the idea that a woman can do whatever she sets her mind to, and the idea that real change can happen when women work together on behalf of all women.

EVOLUTION REVOLUTION – Inspired by a #fashionrevolution event, the meaning here is Fashion needs to Evolution or evolve /change to Revolution.

SELF-MADE WOMAN – celebrating the woman who acquires her wealth and success on her own without inheriting it or winning it from others.

WILD- embracing the concept that every powerful woman needs to be wild with her dreams and her vision, and sometimes her imagination to create her WILD success story.

NOT YOUR AVERAGE – A woman’s role as mother, homemaker, wife and sisters is well-known, but her role in shifting the entire power relations of a country is bigger and more intense.

MITH: What words of advice would you give to young women who are needing to be encouraged in their identity and worth?

Carol: I know that is not easy, but just be you. Don’t try to compare yourself to someone else. Focus on what you want and keep moving forward. You will make a lot of mistakes in the process, but don’t give-up!Nothing is easy. Everything is possible. Start small and dream big.
